We’re an online scheduling company that provides software used by many medical clinics in Canada. If you’re on this page, you’re here probably because you had a small problem, and clicked a link.

Can I book an appointment by email?

Sorry, no. Your options are to contact your clinic directly (E.g. by phone) or book via the online options they make available.


How do I view / cancel / reschedule / edit my appointment?

It depends.

If you booked your appointment by phone or in person, you need to contact your clinic directly (e.g. via phone). We only help your clinic with appointments booked online (here’s why).

If you booked your appointment online through our system, the simplest way to cancel or reschedule is via the link in the confirmation and reminder emails. See this tutorial for more detailed instructions.

Note - if you made a typo when booking your appointment (E.g. your phone number or address), the simplest answer is typically to cancel and rebook that same appointment slot. Appointment slots are immediately “made available online” once cancelled.


When I book, it says there’s a problem with my health number

This message is deliberately vague to help protect patient privacy.

If you see it, the first thing you should try to do is double check the number that you inputted, and try again.

If you see this message again, you’ll need to contact the clinic directly (e.g. by phone) to book an appointment that way. While you’re doing so, we typically recommend that you ask to double check the information that they have on file for you, such as:

  • your health care number

  • your family physician

  • your status

If everything seems to be in order, and you’re still seeing this warning message, shoot us a message (see below) and we can investigate closer.

For urgent issues, please contact your clinic directly to schedule an appointment by phone or in person.

Lastly, please don't contact us with medical issues. We're not able to pass messages onto your clinic for you! Please contact your clinic directly with any medical issues!
