Reason for Visit
Problem: All appointments in OSCAR that are booked online are prefixed with “Contraception”, or another similarly inappropriate heading.
Discussion: This field is called the “Reason Code”. There is currently no way for a third-party like us to set this Reason Code. Accordingly, all appointments simply revert to the default, which is oftentimes “Contraception”.
The solution is to ask your OSCAR service provider to adjust the "Others" LookupListItem in your OSCAR to be the lowest display order. That should address the issue.
