Account Management

Veribook is an online scheduling service used by medical clinics to enable their patients to schedule online. Here is an example of how we work with clinics.

If your clinic uses our service, you will typically be able to schedule appointments via your clinic's website directly. As part of the booking process, you will create an user account with us. Instructions follow for how to change and reset your account password, as well as change your account email address.

Changing your Account Password

Your account password is used to secure your account and to prevent unauthorized access. If necessary, sign into your account at from a desktop or laptop (we’re still working on making our main site more mobile friendly, sorry!) and follow our detailed instructions.

Reseting your Account Password

If you have forgotten your password, and cannot access your account, reset your password to recover access. You must be able to receive emails at your account's email address.

Changing your Account Email Address

Notifications are sent to the email address on file. This email address is also used to reset your password or to sign in. It is best to keep your account email address updated to your primary email address by signing into your account at from a desktop or laptop (we’re still working on making our main site more mobile friendly, sorry!).

Alternatively, if you have a new email address, simply create a new account using your new email address the next time you book an appointment [see step 5, here].
