Background: Veribook is an online scheduling service used by medical clinics to enable their patients to schedule online.
Problem: Patients are sometimes not able to book more than one appointment a day
Discussion: There is no technical limitation that prevents us from letting patients schedule more than one appointment a day.
Instead, this is a configuration that we implement, by default, based on our experience supporting clinics around the country. Clinics can, on request, ask us to change this setting, but this is extremely rare.
